Don’t measure your weight daily. Perhaps, once a month is enough to see if your diet regime worked. When you measure it daily, you will become frustrated because you won’t clearly see if there are any changes. Just making sure you are eating the right kind of food at a right quantity and routinely exercise is enough program to be fit.

ciao stesso problema anche io, purtroppo tempo fa si è rotto il display interno, (delicatissimo e sottilissimo) l’ho sostituito da me, quindi penso di non avere più la garanzia; per intenderci, ti hanno sostituito solo il touch e hanno risolto così? o hanno eseguito altre lavorazioni? grazie.

L’intéressé n’est en général pas le mieux placé pour parler de lui-même, malheureusement. Si Wikipedia laissait tous les personnages publics rédiger leur notice biographique, par exemple, ce ne serait pas piqué des vers…Les règles de Wikipedia ne sont probablement pas parfaites, car la perfection n’est pas de ce monde, mais elles ont un sens, une cohérence, et une certaine efficacité.

Olá, Sara!Concordo com a ideia de os resultados da avaliação de professores serem tornados públicos. Se os resultados dos alunos são tornados públicos, então, o mesmo deveria suceder com a avaliação dos professores. Não consigo vislumbrar uma razão para tamanho secretismo. Só se for para esconder situações pouco transparentes. Em relação à vertente da avaliação relacionada com a relação da comunidade, parece que para o ministério é mais importante que os professores saibam organizar uma feira ou uma visita de estudo do que preparar adequadamente os seus alunos par a realização de um exame nacional.CumprimentosF. Si capisce chiaramente la tua preoccupazione . Il post parlava essenzialmente di scuola, dove purtroppo si assiste sempre più a una forma di ammaestramento, più che di educazione, dove dorebbero essere priviligiati gli interessi e le doti dei bambini.Più in generale il discorso mi sembra richiami il motto di Maria Montessori: aiutami a fare da solo. Tutto il resto mi sembra superfluo: i bambini hanno bisogno di adulti che li amino per quelli che sono. Allora ben venga tutto il resto…Grazie per lo spunto di riflessione!

One problem with that…the email is a fake with identity theft. I know this because the purported sender is my brother. Check out his response to this at politico.com Somebody used a Google email address to spam this email to folks.Just a typical political dirty trick. Bret
